Lull is a music box that begs us to stop for a moment. The black matte shape is stripped of form and difficult to read against other surfaces. Because of its awkwardness it asks the owner to reconsider the fast paced noise we live in and hopefully slow down, reconsider our surroundings, and interact with the music that is within the box.

When tipped over Lull plays ‘flight of the bumblebee’. An internal sensor understands how close it is to the nearest thing and alters the speed of the playback.
